So I have to say the customer service 1800 is who I was referring too in my earlier post that I called scum bags I stand by that post 100 The workers at Fort Myers airport I give a FIVE STAR and more if I could They were working with people and doing what was right in these times of uncertainty

I have rented cars from 5050 FM 1960 Rd West Houston TX 77069 location on multiple occassions and the location owner Mike has always been pleasant friendly and customer service oriented He always goes the extra mile to get to know and to help out his regular customers He turns a one time renter into a regular customer with his excellent customer service A RATING FROM ME

I want to thank the dealers at avis done great job Got me a 2020 Malibu they done it quickly and the sales Manger got me a lower deal and my sales associate Albert Jean Baptiste seen I came in sad trying to get a car at different places and I want to thank him very much

Professional and kind

The location in NYC on 54th between 6th and 7th has the most incredible team Carmen Donna and Victor and the team are so helpful professional and have such attention to detail whether it is Carmen in being so solutions oriented in helping me figure out a complicated one way reservation or Victor guiding the team to ensure the cars are spotless and up to a really high bar during pandemic times There are many rental places in the area but there is a reason I keep coming back to this one and it s the people who work there

In My Experience all good

I have an AVIS PRESIDENT membership and I always find they are very helpful and usually keen on price I am unsure why other people have negative experiences I rent 12 15 times a year and have only had on bad experience in 10 years so I recommend Avis 100 based on my experience renting in the UK US Germany Switzerland Malta and Spain

Before a long weekend my dad surprised us with a visit We had no time to plan but to show up at Avis and with a quirk smile on our face wonder if any car would be available M Syed Ashraf welcomed us as a ray of sunshine and figured out a way to help us even with this challenging last minute request He really went over his way to help us and to make us fell confortable and get a car We HIGHLY recommend his location and are very pleased witht eh experience I would say simply the good experience depends a lot on the person M Ashraf is the best He is human and there for its customers

Refunded quickly

I wouldn t often praise car rental companies but Avis could teach the airlines about providing refunds Had a booking in Vancouver but our flights were cancelled so contacted Avis and expected to forfeit part of the prepaid amount as a cancellation fee However within a few days the full amount had been refunded I ll use them again

The best customer service ever

I have been traveling for more than half of my 50 year working career so when I say that Rashad at the 1721 Powder Springs Rd Marietta GA location has given me the best service of any rental car agency that I have ever done business with that covers a lot of rental car businesses Rashad is the lone reason that I rent from Avis rather than any other rental car agency He is always very courteous and extremely professional He always goes out of his way to get the type of car that I need Rashad is one in a million

I was left hanging by Sixt car rental I was provided a resnobile car from avis at a ok rate When I took car I found problems When immediately returned I was given a upgrade even though I was willing to pay Tucson airport location was amazing customer service I strongly recommend avis budget
