I d give less than one star if I could
I d give less than one star if I could Placed an order on the 5th of June for a few bits for my partner towards his fathers day stuff Got a confirmation email and heard nothing since I ve tried contacting them and I m getting nowhere There still sending me emails getting me to try and buy other products and offering me free delivery but they haven t even emailed me about the stuff I m owed and when that will be delivered I just want my items or my 25 back Absolute joke of a company

WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS Harassing my partner for the money that her deceased mother owed them Disrespectful and disgraceful she only passed last month Charlene and Phillip if that is there real names Clearly lying about their names over the phone as to not get done for harassment But I will chase this up even if I need to message the CEO myself I ve never been more revolted and angry at a company before like I have right now with this one Not being funny Avon but you re not getting a half penny off of us so take your phonecalls and ram them where the sun doesnt shine Yours RespectfullyAaron

Terrible Company for Reps and Customers
I have several friends and Family members who are Avon Reps Customers and they have all come to the same conclusion that Avon has got progressively worse They Invoice for items that have not yet been delivered they then charge a 20 fee for a late payment but bear in mind the late payment is for items not yet dispatched They have become on the whole a terrible company My Mum has been a Rep for over 30 years and she has NEVER had as many problems with Avon as she is having now They are Awful

Still seething
After TWO MONTHS waiting for my order worth over 30 I have still not received it nor been given a refund I have today googled for news of Avon and read they are being taken over by LG H H who are apparently paying 128 million dollars cash which rather suggests they could afford to refund me the money I ve paid I am so annoyed that after years of buying Avon almost every month I have now started to buy what I need in Boots and Body Shop I think it s disgusting that Ive got neither my goods or a refund DO NOT BUY AVON is my advice now

Sub-par products awful customer service
Awful Sub-standard products Poor value for money I bought a serum which had a 7 day money back guarantee if you didn t notice a difference I didn t and have had hell with the Facebook customer service who couldn t organise a blank in a brewery Never again

Having conducted a online survey review of a aftershave It stated I would receive a 5 bonus for this Now after 6wks I have still not received just keep getting fobbed off and lied to regarding this matter Even a recorded letter to the M D is ignored terrible company

I ordered on line 6 products they delivered 4 items yesterday but 2 items were missing I have tried to contact via wats app but that was closed due to large numbers the email address pings back and when I phoned there was a 30 min waiting time so not sure how to contact them now

This would be a 0 star review if possible Bought some lounge pants online from Avon after a short while needed to return them as they were falling apart Contacted customer services pointed in right direction to send back After just over 2 weeks contact them to chase up refund that s where the fun starts Turns out they seem to have deleted me my account my order and everything to do with me so when I contact customer services now they have no record of my order number email address or name so I can t get a refund but they have MY MONEY AND RETURN AVOID

Terrible misleading service
Terrible misleading service Received a discount code for signing up to newsletter Email states 10 off 1st order but when entered at check out states invalid code After a number of calls to customer services and being given conflicting information ie code is for 2nd order a lady advised the code cannot be used with discounted items and referred me to T C s There is no indication of this in the discount code email which is disgraceful The T C s state Cannot be used in conjunction with any other PROMOTIONAL CODES so I am left somewhat confused as the items I was looking to purchase did not have a discount code they were simply on offer The whole this is farcical a bit of a con and only causes frustration to potential customers This is not what I thought AVON was about Very disappointed in them
