Wish I d checked TP firstSame as the other reviewer Good looking website lots of great items listed Ordered item Pegasus compressor blade and received receipt Two weeks later still no sign of delivery No reply to emails or their website messaging yes I checked my spam folder Fortunately paid by credit card so now entered dispute process to reclaim money Compare to Aerotiques - similar item despatched within 48hrs Have a look at Companies House financials No evidence of stock held as assets Lesson learned Shame as it could be a great business with the best looking inventory if they actually delivered the goods If a miracle happens and it turns up I ll gladly correct my review

UPDATE 2 Refund received alongside a fair request to edit this review Edited UPDATE 1 Requested refund from Avro Designs as still no delivery communication or product delivery forthcoming No refund or refund communication forthcoming either If you re doing due diligence head to Aerotiques instead they re AMAZING ORIGINAL I wish I d checked TP first too Similar experience to the other reviews Purchased two in stock products on 14th December for first class delivery The website doesn t allow consumers to purchase out of stock items - defaults to notify when in stock Been chasing the owner via the email addresses on the website name viewable on Companies House for several days now for a delivery date Both by email and website chat Thus far one response where he says he s an artisan and makes them all by hand presumably this refers to the in stock items that I purchased But still does not specify a delivery date

Extremely Slow Dispatch with no communication
Dispatched the item a solid month and a half after purchasing despite the item saying in stock The seller didn t respond to my email Totally missed both Christmas and New Year arrival pretty pathetic Would not recommend purchasing from here
