A very enjoyable family October half term break
We had a very smooth welcoming and friendly arrival on Sunday afternoon and were very pleased with our caravan which was very clean and had nice welcoming touches Heating throughout was a plus especially during the autumnal weather All staff we encountered during our stay were friendly I went with my parents and two children during the Halloween half term break so it was a little quiet but we liked that The facilities on site were decent although we spent most of our stay doing day trips around the local area The children enjoyed the on site playground and it was a bonus that it was undercover so they could still play on it safely even when it had recently rained We also enjoyed being close to the beach - although the descriptions are accurate that the path is steep so take note The children were a bit disappointed with the on-site arcades - some of the machines weren t working properly and took money anyway As it was off season and the arcades weren t staffed it wasn t possible to easily report these issues Overall though a very pleasant stay and I think we ll return

Return visit after experiencing an initial one Impressed with the site the warm staff location Easy flexible booking process the ability to arrive depart on any day was very useful for me

Enjoyable new year break
Enjoyable new year break Although facilities were closed on the site we had a comfortable stay The lodge was cosy warm and modern Little tip for company- be nice to have a few bits supplied-Soap in shower rooms dish wash tablets Thanks

3 nights at Appletree Boston West
Me and my wife stayed 3 nights at Appletree Boston West This is the second time we used Away Resorts The lodge we booked was fantastic wanted to stay longer Everything was clean and tidy We were given a welcome pack for our dog which was a lovely touch Staff were extremely friendly and helpful Although there was an issue with the boiler it was quickly resolved We would definitely stay again

Halloween holiday lodge
Our holiday was absolutely amazing the facilities at the club were fab The staff were all so helpful and just on hand when needed Our lodge was clean had everything we needed and we absolutely love golden sands

Went above and beyond
The staff were so helpful and friendly and willing to help They really did go above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and happy It was also a beautiful setting Mill Rythe with excellent facilities We had a great time and can t wait to explore more sites

I had to call up to change my booking
I had to call up to change my booking as I wanted to say in a different lodge and different date the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and within 5 mins had changed my booking was really pleased The website is really helpful to tell you what s included in your lodge and the website is easy and simple

Totally recommend
Very good communication up to and including arrival day very clean park didn t use facilities but did check them out and all looked good Caravan was immaculate and exactly as expected hoped Beds bedding beautifully comfortable and clean Very enjoyable stay and would happily return if looking to holiday in this area again

Immaculate bungalow and helpful
Immaculate bungalow and helpful friendly service The upgrade as our caravan had problems was very nice The hot tub was lovely and clean As it was winter a couple degree warmer would have been an improvement

Really pleased with everything - already booked a longer stay for next year
Staff were friendly and helpful - reception and bar restaurant Accommodation was spacious and clean Outside hit 30 degrees centigrade so it was a bit stifling inside upon arrival with no air-con but by leaving the windows ajar it was bearable on day 2
