Awesome Tee Fashion poor order process

Placed an order with this company If you do not copy down the confirmation order number when placing the order I did not get any other order info until I saw my bank account charged snd did not receive any merchandise Contacted their support only by email because number on their website never gets answered After notification the charge was in dispute I started to receive USPS tracking number which does not work until USPS receives the goods in their system Finally received the merchandise which was good quality but way too much follow up on my part After the goods were received I sent them a note stating my concerns about their confirmation process

The shirt was supposed to ship within a few days after the order was placed according to the shipping policy listed on the website it didn t ship for almost three weeks Shipping wasn t fast took over week but that would have been ok Ordered this shirt about ten days before we needed it for an event needless to say it was about three week too late Quality of the screen print isn t great kind of fuzzy and pixely not great quality Shirt also ran quite small glad I sized up

Terrible company Awful customer service Do not do business with them You cannot speak with a person - you must complain by email They sent 2 of the exact same shirts blamed their mistake on me and wrote an extremely rude email telling me this They said that in the future I should be more careful when I ordered online - that way maybe I would not make mistakes
