For one year during my research stay in Germany my partner and I enjoyed excellent health insurance thanks to AXA - FlexMed Global tarif The customer service is very helpful both through the online form and by phone they are friendly and knowledgeable when dealing with a new or existing claim I am very grateful for all the coverage we received during the policy so I recommend it 100 percent as a complete insurance for researchers in Germany

I had bad experience recently when your system changed features with the completion of my claim by the time i finish the claim it appears on top of it error PLEASE ENTER A VALID CLAIM AMOUNT tried to call the team members without success apparently there was a problem with the system as when i come to call number 1892772225 the call got hang up i got frustrated I have reached carla foo she tried to help me but she referred me to help center it was not successfulMr Jarrett Thomas Micheal croft and Thomas Isaac got involved to under stand to solve what meansenter a VALID CLAIM AMOUNT sorry I was not luckya friend of mine said do not put the USD SYMBOL PUT ONY THE FIGURESECOND PROBLEM IS COMPLETING THE CLAIM FORM IT IS MENTIONED ACCIDENTAL TEETH DAMAGE BUT WHAT IS MISSING NON ACCIDENTAL TEETH DAMAGE THEREFORE I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO MENTION ACCIDENTAL IN ORDER TO CONTINUE WITH MY CLAIM AS I HAD NO CHOICE BASICALLY IT WAS AN OVERSIGHT CONSEQUENTLY I RECEIVED FROM AXA DOCUMENTS TO COMPLETE AND TO SEND BACK I SUGGEST TO REVIEW THE FORM OF THE CLAIMTHANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION AND CARE
