No money 3 weeks after my car was vandalised
Now more than 3 weeks after I made the claim where I have send in all the papers included the police report after our car vandalised I still haven t received my money Now after I have contacted Axa 3 times they have finalt send me and mail just to say they need some other papers just to drag out the process and hope I will drop the claim Never use them Case EC906311

DONT USE THIS COMPANY
DONT USE THIS COMPANY - it is not reimbursement insurance AT ALL They would not pay me back the 250 the car hire charged me for damage questionable that I caused in the first place citing documents missing which evidenced the cost of repair- which car company after a holiday is EVER going to supply you with THAT They are rubbish - they wore me down The portal is also a nightmare to use Just give people a number to call I ve asked how to complain and they have ignored me

Never going to have an insurance with
Never going to have an insurance with them again It was just a flat tire and they keep claiming documents from the car hire company that they tell me are not necessary They will always find the way to avoid paying you Not imagine if it was a serious accident instead of a flat tire Take my advice choose a different company

Very bad experience
Very bad experience We have to declare everything via the website and they asked three times to send the same documents and finally the access to my file was refused even if I didn t change username and password I sent four e-mails to Axa and didn t not receive any answer So the insurance I took covering normally all costs in case of accident did serve for anything The car leasing company Interrrent Europcar took EUR 300 as provision for reparation of the damages I will never take Axa as an insurance company the one recommended when you book a flight and rent a car with Vueling Claim X17021873

Avoid and find another company
Abysmal inefficient and incredibly slow customer service It has taken two months and seven separate emails from six different representatives asking for the same information to get any resolution The entire process is attritional and designed to wear you down make you give up and walk away What is the point of the web portal claim process if you have send the same information over and over again by email There has to be better insurance companies out there

DO NOT BUY INSURANCE FROM AXA YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY I have followed their official instructions regarding change of name the main driver apparently it supposed to change automatically when You change name with car rential They didn t changed the name as they supposed to do and now they are telling that policy is void For over month they were asking for various documents

SCAM do not use
SCAM do not use I completed an online claim there is no tel contact number for excess charge we paid on holiday due to damage caused by third party After a month of no Action on my claim no correspondence or status change for claim AXA status online changed to claim withdrawn no idea why I emailed them to ask why and to request my claim to be actioned They ignored the email and are uncontactable by phone At this point I ve accepted that it s a con and I m never going to get my claim processed

Avoid at all costs
We recently hired a car through Holiday Auto and used this recommended insurer when booking Unfortunately we got a chipped windscreen so had to lodge a claim The process has been horrendous and trying to communicate with them is a nightmare They have no contact phone number and when I occasionally do get an email it is to request more documents that I have already provided I will never use them again and will be looking at lodging a formal complaint with the ombudsman I don t recommend using them

Avoid AXA like the plague
The conception that insurance companies love to take your money but will try everything to avoid paying out is well demonstrated by this shower Submitted all paperwork requested and then another piece of information was required then my wife s driving licence even though I was the driver This was followed by one of the submitted documents being blurry Once this was resubmitted another document became blurry Eventually my claim was approved and a settlement figure advised this was to be paid within 10 working days now we are beyond that time scale they do not reply to emails and of course it is impossible to find a phone number to call them

NEVER USE AXA
This is the worst company I have ever come across We had an accident when on holiday paid the excess we had FULL insurance and I made the claim online The only thing this online portal says is claim submitted no other updates no phone number AXA insurance say its not their department and put you through to a number that is basically non existent because no one answers as I was on hold for 3 hours I have emailed so many times no one responds I am starting to believe this is a scam and will never get my money back
