Do not use these service providers if you want service
These are the worst service providers I have used Have been struggling with intermittent fibre connection for more than 2 weeks Have had up to 20 packet loss on the network and everyday a different support technician will ask me to run a command to determine the problem - often the same thing just worded differently There is clearly a fibre problem yet they haven t done anything

Shocking service Spent R2000-00 on a Grandstream phone Over a month and no one can assist in setting this up Have to explain the entire problem everytime we call Lost business and have elderley relative overseas that we cannot get hold of Excuse after excuse Absolute joke

Sigh This company can t resolve a recurring issue where my router can t connect my laptop to the net It s an issue that they ve been able to resolve before To say that it causes a great degree of professional discomfort is an understatement Tech support seems to have been down skilled Maybe it s better to give them a skip

Ive never been with an IPS this bad before constant faulty connection TERRIBLE customer service snarky WhatsApp assistance If anyone is reading this and thinking of using Axxess for ANY internet service LTE Fibre dont waste your time and money I promise you that you are not going to get what you pay for You are going to sit with no connection for weeks every month with NO assistance from their customer service

Axxess have literally taken food off our table by refusing to assist us with getting our emails up and running after shutting down our website We are 2 women pensioners who rely on our emails for our small business We have contacted them for 6 day in a row now without any assistance from anybody at Axxess

Rip off when cancelling contract
On 1st August 2024 I sent notice of cancellation of my service The last day being 31st August 2024 I am told it will only be cancelled on 30 September as I should have cancelled before 5pm on the 31st July 2024 even though on line they say the renewal is 1st September 2024 They claim this is not a full calender month I have asked for a manager to call me to no avail I have cancelled my stop order as I have given them a full month s notice Very sneaky and unethical This is not the first time I have had issues with Axxess Afrihost is much better

If there were no stars to give I would Terrible service Added another address omto my account which I ve had for years it s been 5 days still no activation No cares given No communication just say they ll escalate Spent 2 hours on the phone resetting my router only to find out next day Vuma has not even activated the line Seriously costing me business loss of income and no cares given Pathetic

I have been experiencing low speed from my internet connection I mean 0 27mbps as the lowest and 0 84mbps as the highest After struggling for a week with constant reporting this issue to them using live chats teleohone calls and emails finally a consultant named Kwanele told me that this was my regular speed I can upgrade if I want Please note that my Sim has 50G of 20mbps and once that is depleted it goes to 2 This past week since that 50Mbpswas still active and still available I never experienced anything resembling that 20mbps or even the 2mbps geez I would be ecstatic if I can get the 2mnps all month long These people do not even attempt to help besides saying run 3 speed tests I am so sorry to everyone I recommend this company to

Terrible service Paid my invoice at the beginning of the month only to get my line cut off close to the end of the same damn month and being told I have an outstanding balance where no proof of this outstanding balance was given The service of Axxess is shameful We work remotely
