Dodgy as hell do not use The post code takes you to the middle of some dodgy looking council housing estate they are impossible to find you have to ring them oh and it s a mobile obviously to get directions then they don t answer Not what you need when it s 5am and needing to catch your flight Turns out they re just off a roundabout through a dodgy looking old gate up a dirt track and into what s like a disused old scrap yard They then have the audacity to charge you 5 pound per person drop off fee at the Airport The Airport only charges per vehicle not per person in it so that s a rip off The pickup when you get back is a joke they don t know how many people or how much luggage they re picking up so it turns out you can t get in the van and have to wait for the next one I swear this place in run by someone like that Chabuddy G from people just do nothing Not A professional car parking service Honestly people pay the extra and use the proper long stay car parking companies on the Airport itself

Don t touch with a barge pole Car had obviously been used whilst we were away as was filthy inside after being valeted and windows were obviously left open as tree sap on the inside Instigating legal proceedings Email sent - no response

I paid 77 63 for meet and greet

I paid 77 63 for meet and greet parking at Heathrow prior to doing any research on this company A few weeks before travelling I did research on the company and due to their poor reviews I decided to go with another Heathrow parking company and thank god I did Since returning from my holiday I am still reading bad reviews on Aygo I have emailed Aygo three times requesting a refund and have not heard anything back avoid this company

My car has 100 been used by these

My car has 100 been used by these scammers I always take a picture of the mileage inclusive of the petrol level 40 odd miles used and a quarter of a tank I have a twin turbo 3 litre it s thirsty but they must have thrashed it in those 40 miles to use that much fuel Car filthy inside and outside Rough car park super hard to find and rude af staff

They use your car don t trust them

I left my electric car with them whilst on a three week trip to the USA The second day in the US my phone beeped with a message from the car to say it was being used These people used my car twice whilst I was away When I left the car with them it had 142 miles left in the battery which was enough to get me home 90 miles away When I got back there was only 60 miles left in the battery so they had driven my car 82 miles After a long overnight flight I had to stop and charge the battery to enable me to get home Be very wary of these people I certainly would never use them again

254 extra miles on my car

Literally just collected car Has an extra 254 miles on it Was told it was parked off site 7 miles away so an extra 240 miles The car smells inside Reading other reviews sounds like we got off lightly not having any obvious damage We collected in the dark so will double check in the morning Have been given a complaints email address Reading other reviews sounds like they won t respond Driver who collected us did not communicate and drove at break neck speed once outside the immediate heathrow area

SCAM - Don t deliver what is promised

We paid for the meet and greet service where the drop-off was okay except for some unclear written instructions which meant we had to pay the drop-off fee our bad For the pickup we phoned the provided number and informed AYGO that we had picked up our bags he double checked our info and informed us that a driver would be with us in 25-30 mins 15 mins later got a call from the same person but couldn t hear him he left no message at all After 30 mins no driver and still not heard nothing and kept calling him to ask for updates to which he said the driver was 5-10 mins away We later found out that he did not contact the driver to find this information out at all We ended up waiting 80 mins in total at T4 and we didn t even receive our car Instead we were picked up by a van and then taken to T3 to pick up another customer who was also unhappy The driver was honest about the situation and said that there weren t enough drivers which seemed genuine When we reached the car park the other customer jumped out the van heading straight to reception He was shouting at the man at reception to explain what has happened and that it wasn t good enough and even threatened to destroy his company fair enough really The rest I won t repeat here The man at reception wasn t particularly interested in receiving feedback or offering any sort of compensation which seems illegal as they did not provide the meet and greet service at all as promised and paid for Instead the man at reception asked us to leave a review which is why I m writing this My recommendation is that no one ever uses this service again as they are dishonest and money grabbers Also having looked at the other reviews we got off lightly

My car was written off

I parked for 2 weeks returned to find my 2020 car written off Serious rear end damage and broken axle I had to find an uber taxi home and deal with insurance No help from this company Very suspicious how it came to sustain such a level of damage Make sure you have very good insurance if you park here
