I ordered cutlery for about 400 AZ Boutique wrote me I will receive it on June 9 now I waited for over 4 weeks Received an e-mail today that I will get the goods in 2 weeks I guess it s time to inform my lawyer I had enough of this company and want my money back

unscrupulous business behaviour
I ordered kitchen utensils for an amount of 300 CHF on AZ-boutique CH When ordering on the Swiss website all prices are inclusive of transport and local Swiss taxes and prices are stipulated in CHF but once the products arrived I had to pay 45 CHF of taxes in addition it took more than 6 weeks to deliver the goods as some products were out of stock The products were delivered from France not Switzerland with some product missing without any prior notice The company informed me that no products would be send until the full shopping basket is in stock as they do not want to send partial shipments to Switzerland to avoid filing for several customs declarations I am trying to claim back the duplicate TVA I have paid from the company however their client service is just dreadful and totally incompetent who have little understanding of their own term and conditions trying to avoid paying back the taxes due I would strongly recommend to avoid this website
