So Dissapointing

Where to start At this point in time I am not sure if I am more disappointed in the poor service or the even worse follow up response which could potentially have redeemed the situation but was so clearly focused only on getting paid that retaining a client or even acknowledging that the information provided was too late to be of any use left me feeling like a scam victim not a valued client I can accept that at the time they were clearly too busy or occupied elsewhere to conduct the required work in time to be of any use and had that been stated I would have gone elsewhere - but to issue an engagement letter after the advice was required then proceed to offer advice after the transaction was concluded - so of no use - then to invoice 10 hrs 300 hr which seems to include several hours to prepare their own engagement letter An apology for a dropped ball and no invoice would have resolved the situation and I would most likely have been a customer into the future Instead they sent endless payment reminders called my phone multiple times and sent a debt collection letter - such a shame they couldn t have conducted the work on time instead

Extremely high fees

Extremely high fees for work that should ve taken about a day as all the work was already prepared by a qualified in-house accountant

appalling service only exceeded by their exorbitant fees

Zero customer care since Azets takeover i have copied that heading from an azets dot com review since it mirrors my own experience i have been with the same accountancy firm for many years it was taken over successively by larger companies and most recently by Azets The standard of service care and attention has reduced with each takeover although the eye watering fees have remained they fail to address requests are careless in paying due attention and are slow to the point of negligence the final straw was my company incurring a late filing penalty from companies house due to their ineptitude and can t really be bothered attitude it is a shame -when i first started with them 20 years ago they were a local company who were really very good they were then taken over by a couple of larger outfits in succession the latest being azets who have proved to be just awful needless to say i have taken my business elsewhere avoid if you want a trouble free life

Very poor administrators

This company are supposedly administrators for the failed Symbio Energy They have continued to try and collect money from many former customers through incorrect bills If you try and contact Azets for help using the contact details given you are ignored They have also ignored requests under the Data Protection Act

Don t Bother

Where do I start Absolutely shocking service they re rude they don t give any explanation as to what the invoice is for they take forever to respond to any query cost me absolute thousands in VAT mistakes they don t ever admit they are wrong I m seriously thinking of taking legal action as its just unacceptable that they can do this to a small business We never received any payslips for over 6 months and after chasing and chasing we finally got the payslips along with a 6 000 bill for Accounting work innit as they said I would avoid them like the plague as it will just cost you money cause you stress and they will most certainly make a mess of your accounts In-fact I m still trying to sort out their messes a year down the line They also move the goal post and change costs whenever it suits them and couldn t provide any breakdowns of charges just presented invoices willy-nilly with no explanations and expected us to pay them

An appalling company

An appalling company Where to start Well my accountants were bought over by Azets and the service immediately went downhill with costs going through the roof They lost 3 months worth of my business accounts for starters Needless to say this required a fair amount of discussion and communication both within Azets and with me They then charged me 540 for the discussions they had about the data THEY HAD LOST And they never recovered the data Numerous other accounting errors some very basic caused all sorts of issues for my business Avoid them at all costs

Rubbish they actually can t get

Rubbish they actually can t get anything done No response to queries no named accountant as they can t keep staff Appealing record keeping don t follow their own procedures Shocking Should be shut down

Appalling service from Azets in Godalming They had taken over the accountants Wilkins Kennedy with whom I had happily dealt with previously The helpful and efficient lady I had dealt with moved on very wisely and I was allocated to a man who consistently ignored all emails requests for phonebacks etc over a couple of months He simply refused to communicate with me I gave up and now deal with an efficient small local accountant DO NOT DEAL WITH AZETS - truly dreadful service
