Azura nightmare
Worst experience ever with Azurahomedesign We ordered a FINAM bedroom including a wardrobe last month the order was listed on their website as deliverable within 2 weeks and actually took over a month and a half to arrive with a missing wardrobe In addition we were told that the bedroom did not include bed slats so we ordered them apart The bedroom actually included bed slats so we ended up with another set of bed slats not returnable due to the lapse of time that had passed since our order over 30 days To top it all after mounting the bed we realised that the bed we received was not the size we ordered and that was marked both on website and order sheet Therefore even the brand new mattress was useless After sale service was extremely rude and disrespectful questioning our statements and trying to speak over our voices as if to teach us a lesson The only option he gave us was to dismantle an already mounted and glued bed and to send us bits and pieces to correct the size problem Several emails have been sent but no answer yet To seal my promise with customer care that did not seem to care less about it I am here to warn any other prospective clients about the dishonesty and unprofessionalism of this so called company NEVER AGAIN

Ordered 11 of April Received 28 of May after multiple reminders and tens of emails Count at least 1 5 months for delivery Double check at delivery The model is not the one ordered but similar one from a different producer 299 vs 86 eur I accepted as the renovation is pressing

note this site is very dishonest and they always lie don t buy from them if you don t want a headache we ordered a bed that was supposed to be delivered within 18 days at the most but unfortunately the second month we are still waiting and I really thought I would send them an email rogue company this is the first and last time I order anything from this disgraceful company

Do not buy from Azura
Ordered furniture in June for delivery in July It was late due to manufacturer they said Promised it would be delivered to Barcelona first week of October when I was back in the city for a week They would not put me in touch with the delivery company They sent an image of the tracking info but it was impossible to contact the company and there was no tracking number The furniture never showed I said I could have my 80-year-old father-in-law receive it but they said they would not deliver to our apartment but leave it on the street even though the invoice said it would be delivered to the apartment Then they told me I would have to pay an extra 120 euros for delivery which was already paid in advance and refused to refund my money if not So I said OK I ll pay the 120 and they asked me to pay by bank transfer I told them I would pay by visa and I never heard from them again Luckily I have a good credit card company They returned me the money and are cancelling the payment they made to Azura so in the end I only lost the time and aggravation So you decide either they are totally incompetent or they are liars and thieves In either case good luck if you buy anything from them BTW when I originally paid my CC company did not want to approve the payment because they were apparently listed as a flower company not a furniture store and the CC company thought it was suspicious I guess they were right

Corner tub
Delivery took long but eventually arrived after 2 weeks Packaging was good although protection of shroud could have been better No damage though Fitting instructions are clear except the exact position of the support Seemed ok to attach anywhere except the structure tends to interfere with the shroud if not mounted correctly Also the screws supplied didn t catch well pre-drilling was necessary but risky End result is very good
