Poor Quality and Unhelpful Customer Service
Very disappointed with Azura Jewelry After only two months a stone fell out of the ring I purchased I sent it back for inspection but the seller claimed the ring arrived damaged even though the packaging was intact My photos before shipping show the ring in perfect condition except for the missing stone Instead of resolving the issue they only offered me a discount on a new ring Not a fair solution for a defective product Poor customer service

Please do not buy from Azure jewellers in Grand Baie Mauritius I bought a ring with a number of gems stones and several of the emeralds had fallen off and missing within 8 days of purchase They refused to give back my money and would only exchange if I gave them an extra 250 and blamed me for the gems coming off DON T buy anything from here
