The products are lovely the customer service is absolutely brilliant and the online community is great I ve had a couple of orders I ve needed to amend recently one last minute addition and one unintentional purchase and both times the customer service have got back to me straight away and sorted everything no problem without it affecting dispatch time Totally trust this company and look forward to shopping with them more and more and more

Brilliant Babipur

Babipur always go over and above with their customer service - I ve bought a few things from them over the years and it s always been great quality Yesterday I got stuck putting together a toy tree house I d bought second hand but that I knew was originally purchased at Babipur I called to see if they could help and within 20 mins they had emailed the instructions to put it together even though I hadn t bought directly from them Preloved is obviously a sustainable choice and one they seem more than happy to support - they practise what they preach even when there is nothing in it for them Many thanks

Felt compelled to write as I bought

Felt compelled to write as I bought some Miri sticks for slide we have and the ones we ordered didn t fit I happened to write a note in the return and by magic I saw a new parcel notice come through Babipur had seen my note and immediately diagnosed the issue and sent me another version of the sticks proactively with no fuss and they fit Great customer service and proactive troubleshooting on my product Thanks

Babipur customer service is always on point Today I emailed to add something to my order that I d forgotten Sion held my order back and assisted me in adding the small item I d forgotten before it was sent to save me paying postage Always polite courteous and nothing is EVER too much trouble

Fantastic customer service

I ordered some beautiful jute and seagrass placemats and coasters from Babipur which I m delighted with Unfortunately one of the mats had a slight fault so I emailed Babipur and they responded super quickly and said they would send out a replacement straight away Fantastic customer service I will definitely be using this company again

Shopping with Babipur is addictive as they sell so many lovely products and I have purchased a range of fabulous wooden toys storage baskets toiletries tumblers etc Their customer service is second to none and they are happy to answer any questions you may have about their products in advance of purchase and are very quick to deal with any issues that crop up Would definitely recommend shopping at Babipur to anyone

This company recently ran an offer but a glitch in the system meant that when the offer was applied the free postage on a 40 basket disappeared A quick email to Team BP and it was sorted they honoured the discount despite being after the offer had finished When you re chatting to the CS team at Babipur you know you re dealing with real people who care about your shopping experience
