Still not delivered
I ve emailed twice and phoned to see where my delivery is It was meant to come 4 days ago still not here no one has bothered to reply to my emails The man I spoke to took my name and said he would call me back later that day to find out where it is Needless to say 3 days later and he still hasn t let me know I payed for the 24hr thing and I don t even know if they re going to send it

terrible customer service
I ordered a footmuff on Tuesday the 17th of January using the royal mail 48 hr guaranteed delivery never recd a confirmation order has to chase for this called today as no dispatch email first of all told royal mail 48 hr means nothing at the minute due to strike action - well why sell it then then told oh we will have to cancel this order as not in stock going to paris on tuesday really needed this item and now i have no chance of getting it - unless i called would they have even cancelled the order and refunded me Useless and terrible service

Poor customer service and faulty goods
Items took over one week longer for delivery than website states Had to chase up as no contact from company Purchased nursery furniture 4 piece set 3 out of 4 Items arrived damaged Refused to replace 2 items The other item was replaced with an equally as faulty item Draw misaligned and wonky Took over a month to get this second faulty item so at this point I have given up Found customer service to be poor Waiting a week for replies to emails waiting over a week for collection of faulty items Generic unhelpful replies Really disappointed with the service received and quality of products I do not recommend o baby products or this company

Exceptionally poor client service from start to finish
I had not heard from them since ordering a baby cot Admittedly it hadn t been long but they seemed to only worry about delivering the product once I called them It went downhill from there as I was told there was no option besides a pallet delivery whereby the entire package is dumped in front of the building even if that means leaving it on the pavement 100 extra fee to boot if you re not in at that particular moment On the day the delivery driver wanted to leave the full multi-box package there wrapped in plastic and on the pallet I refused for him to leave before taken the pallet with him but first had to unpack the whole thing under pouring rain I only got a weak apology when calling the store

Caused more stress and delivered wrong item
I ordered a pram with a travel system and Isofix base at the baby show in Manchester This was in April I could have gone with another company but decided on Baby Boutique as they were helpful on the day I wanted the Cybex Z car seat and they told me that if I waited then they would send out the new T model I was more than happy with this and thought I was getting a good deal it was the biggest mistake I had made They guaranteed that my order would be delivered at the end of June as I was due to give birth at the beginning of August They took full payment from me on the day I honestly wish I had never bothered The second last week in June I had not heard anything at all so I emailed the company asking for an update They took a while to email me back but assured me that my delivery would be with me at the end of the June This was lie number one Obviously the end of June came and I had not received my order I emailed again and was told it was on its way I naively believed them A few weeks later now in July I received a car seat and isofix base This was the old model and not the new one I was promised I was devastated I emailed the company again and yet again did not hear from anyone for a while I continued to email them about the whereabouts of my pram and the fact they had sent me the wrong car seat They totally ignored me in terms of the car seat and told me the company who made the pram was at fault with delivery This was another lie I continued to complain about the car seat this was now mid July and I was getting more stressed and anxious for babies imminent arrival and I had the wrong car seat and no pram I eventually received an email which was quite rude They stated that on the day I ordered they couldn t guarantee that I would be sent the new Cloud T and that actually it was the same car seat I have been in touch with Cybex and this is not true They also said that there was no release date so they couldn t guarantee I would receive the new seat This was not what I was told I had been on other websites before my car seat arrived and I could have ordered it myself and received it the next day Again just lies from this company They said they can only apologise and sent me a summer cover worth 55 as a gesture of good will What a load of rubbish I had spent over 1100 and was over 8 month pregnant dealing with this stress Most of the time you get the summer cover free as well I was still waiting for my pram and just got an email blaming the company they would not admit any wrongdoing at all on their part I honestly believe they had forgotten about my order and only sent it off when I got in touch with them My pram arrived at the end of July and I received no information that it was coming luckily my neighbours were in I have had no communication from Baby Boutique since and I would never buy from them again They caused so much stress and delivered me an itemwhich was incorrect I will be getting in touch with trading standards as well as they have not fulfilled my order which I was promised in the time I was told Do not bother buying from them - they have no sympathy and customer service is a disgrace

Absolutely dreadful service from a
Absolutely dreadful service from a seller Ordered a baby bath and stand which arrived faulty and am having no success getting in touch with them The box arrived bashed covered in dog hairs and it was obviously returned to them by another customer as their details were on the box I ve returned both items despite them saying that they won t accept them back I m also reporting them to trading standards as the stand for the baby bath has been tampered with and is NOT safe to be putting a newborn baby in DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY I am making a claim against my card company and luckily I ve only paid 1 instalment on Clearpay who are not giving them a penny more

Bought a dolls pram for my granddaughter never arrived No reply from seller escalated now with EBay Please avoid this seller as I now have no goods and paid 169 this baffles me as to why this company is allowed to trade Furthermore EBay where I purchased needs to cease contract with them

Scam they take your money never ship your item
Ordered a trike from here over a week ago silly me didn t read the reviews shocking customer service that s when they actually answered lucky I bought through klarna otherwise I don t think I would be getting my money back honestly stay away don t even know how there still a company or even klarna lay buy approved
