Amazing bed and fantastic service particularly from Kia I ordered the double ottoman bed for my daughter with the expressed shipping however after confirming the colour via email they then took this as the new order date after emailing to express my views the company were apologetic applied for a difference in price for delivery and processed by the end of the week When the bed arrived we couldn t be happier it s beautiful and made so well Would definitely recommend

Customer care that actually cares

We recently had an issue with our baby monitor and had to return it for inspection Unfortunately it transpired we wouldn t likely receive the broken item in time for our holiday and this led to mild panic that we wouldn t have the necessary protection for our son I called BabyFair and explained the issue - they listened showed compassion and quickly put remedial action in place We now have the monitor in time and with an added gift in a thoughtful touch of kindness Would absolutely recommend to others
