Baby birds helped me track down a jellycat starfish for my daughter even though it was on back order for several months it eventually arrived and she was delighted

The customer service at Baby Birds is absolutely fantastic I had ordered a Tonies shelf which became out of stock The customer service team were incredibly communicative about my options and when I decided to change my order it was sent via next day delivery This was my first purchase from Baby Birds but will now be my go-to for products for my little one

I have ordered a couple times from Baby Birds They were quick and efficient Also they contacted me when there was an issue and the customer service lady I spoke with was very helpful to fix the issue They no their products well and gave helpful information

All of the staff go above and beyond - Visited in store looking for a new pram for our baby due in November We spent a few hours deciding on which one to go for also had my 2 year old with me which I appreciate isn t ideal however the staff were all so lovely with him Everyone was so helpful and we didn t feel rushed into making a decision Communication via email about the delivery of the pushchair has been faultless I have been kept updated on estimated delivery times as the pushchair was out of stock However it arrived a lot sooner than anticipated and I couldn t be happier Would recommend to anyone looking for a pushchair or car seat Definitely will be returning
