This doesn t even deserve one star We never received the products Was told it was sent to the wrong address and they have received back and will mail it again That was November Customer service has stopped responding This is a SCAM

I ordered the FunHub fort at the beginning of december and for my nephews Christmas gift and it still has not arrived and i have had no updates on shipping Ironically I also paid for shipping protection The tracking simply states in transit No response from BabyBud yet - total joke

Not as advertised extremely poor quality very disappointing

Poor quality cheap plastic not as advertised I purchased the FunHub Forts 85 balls and 200 sticks and what an absolute disappointment and waste of money The bag that was sent is only about 40cm x 40cm x 15cm big The contence consists of 200 straw-like sticks made of cheap plastic 30cm long The balls are 3cm in diameter also feels very cheap It contains only a single leaflet on how to build only two different structures The entrance of the structure or fort is only 30cm big the lenght of the straw-like sticks so if your child is bigger than that they will struggle to get into the fort Then also the fort does not stay up if you try to cover it with even just a sheet its too weak and therefore collapses It actually collapses by its self when you stop supporting it

It s a scam The product you get looks nothing like the image the will only do partial refunds and they don t post negative reviews on their websites Stay away Consumer protection agencies should absolutely look into this company ASAP

I ordered Christmas presents in November No gifts received I received an email today offering me a 20 discount on goods not received I have advised the company I want a full refund I have done my research an online order has automatic rights under Consumer Contract Regulations Do not use this company

Flimsy non-functional fort toy

We bought a ball and stick fort system FunHub Fort from BabyBud that was different in real life than the pictures and video on the website The structural sticks were just very flimsy straws everything was smaller than appeared and it folded and collapsed in on itself with just the weight of a thin sheet on it Very cheaply made non functional product Difficult customer service experience can t get a refund

Absolutely rubbish Should have read reviews before I ordered Everyone else that gave this same rating was spot on Shipping took forever product is not as advertised severely overpriced Junk in general Shame on Instagram for posting ads in feeds for this crap company

Another unhappy customer feeling scammed by this absolute junk quality fort The balls don t hold the sticks in place at all just falls out the sticks are way smaller than advertised way too weak to do anything with shorter and thinner than shown in video and promotional material Doesn t work as intended or advertised total landfill garbage

I ordered the fort building kit in october It came 25 days later and was nothing like advertised Basically drinking straws and no where near capable of building a fort I suspect some of the recent 5 star reviews are fake no one could possible rate that product 5 stars I found the owners details and uk company Its called Simply Curve Ltd I threatened to take themto small claims court if a refund was no recieved Surprisingly I did recieve a refund minus return shipling fee however I will still be taking them to court and reporting to trading standards for continuing to selling this disgraceful product

Don t waste your money

Very poor quality Nothing like advertised Woukd expect to pay no more then 5 for this As other reviewers have said they are essentially drinking straws box which cane covered in sellotape and in poor condition states straws of varying length however this is not the case Certainly not able to make any forts with this kit Whole thing foled to the floor just with the weight of a small sheet Took ages to arrive Now have to find an alternative Christmas present Dont waste your money ordering
