I had a few frustrating issues with my original order and then with the subsequent replacement seemingly due to the courier but they have well and truly exceeded my expectations in trying to rectify things and gain my trust back They have gone above and beyond in their customer service and i m very grateful I didn t have to update this review and there was no pressure to either but I wanted to be fair and give credit where credit is due I will be a returning customer

Premium items and fantastic customer service

I ve made a couple of orders with BABYGO UK recently one whilst pregnant and the other shortly postpartum Their products are fantastic - the maternity nursing bras are by far the most comfortable of any I own and I ve purchased some from other both high and low cost retailers the underwear briefs are soft comfortable and absorbent making some of the more embarrassing maternity side effects tolerable and the leggings are supportive without being too tight I ve recommended them to my pregnant friends - I feel like I ve stumbled on to a real find and want to share One order had a missing item - this was rectified immediately by their customer service team with next day delivery I was really impressed with how polite and efficient their customer service team is

Finally Some comfort

Finally A comfy maternity bra After trying loads of different brands I decided to give BabyGo a try I already had the maternity support belt which has been super helpful Bras arrived super quick and I don t think I ve ever had such comfort Unfortunately one had a small tear along the seam so I contacted customer services who sent me out a replacement the same day So happy with the product and the help from the team

Baby proofing products

Ordered a mixture of baby proofing things Had an issue with a faulty product - BG quickly replied about this I did have some issues getting the right replacement product which was stressful as we were due a social work visit for adoption but when I reported the errors Lauren E quickly rectified the issue and sent a sorry item too very quickly The magnet locks I especially like because we have midcentury wooden furniture and gloss cabinets and these don t ruin them looks wise and won t leave marks anywhere that can be seen

Amazing customer service and products

Amazing customer service super friendly and rapid responses - I ordered a post-partum support belt which was one size but on arrival sadly was too large for me meaning I couldn t get the right level of support Reached out to customer service and Caitlin E was absolutely incredible - they sent me out two separate alternative belts free of charge on next day delivery both of which fit me much better and give me some amazing options for support and binding post-partum- I m actually blown away at how brilliant the customer service has been in addition to the quality of the products I ve also purchased other items like a bouncing ball and c-section underwear - cannot recommend the post-partum support underwear enough so so soft and comfortable I ll for sure be returning for more items as they truly are an amazing company that have gone above and beyond to help me get the right support for my birth recovery Thanks so much to Caitlin for her exceptional support and kindness

I ve bought maternity leggings and knickers from babygo and it s so worth the extra money Don t waste your money on cheaper alternatives

BABYGO Postpartum Leggings Maternity Bra

I initially purchased a pair of Postpartum leggings They are great and feel very nice However the only critique I can make of them is when you bend over the fabric can become quite sheer which can be embarrassing I left a review and BabyGo were very responsive and offered me a full refund plus another item to try I have been wearing the Maternity Bra for a couple days now and it s fantastic I would recommend this product and the leggings as despite the odd chance for an embarrassing moment they are a fantastic product to wear around the house and are very comfortable I would also say their customer service was very good and friendly Sizes I have are 18-20 and XL
