Ive recently had problemms with a Babyliss Hot Brush so contacted Conair Babyliss under the styler s extended warranty I can not praise the staff that I delt with strongly enough Mainly a kind and helpful lady Yomma and her collegue Sarah I am so impressed with the speed and efficientcy with which they rectified my problem Well done also Babyliss for your warrenty being reliable

I purchased a pair of curlying straighteners in July from Amazon that unfortunately stopped working I had used them only a small amount of time It was past my return date for Amazon but Babyliss agreed the return and within 7 days a new working set was provided I m so impressed The process was not complicated Clear instructions were provided and the faulty was acknowledged possibly due to the good condition it was in and I had the box but regardless I am a happy customer Thank you Bayliss Customer Service faults team

My daughters straighteners broke after

My daughters straighteners broke after 9 months E mailed babyliss and explained problem as had no receipt A few photos sent to babyliss and they posted my daughter a new pair of straighteners Excellent customer service

I have used a basic babyliss hot brush for several years and found they lasted really well despite daily use I bought my third one only to find it died after about 16 months I contacted babyliss and the customer service provided by Yomna was outstanding Within a week a replacement landed in my doorstep Great stuff babyliss

My hair Styler suddenly was running on a lower power than usual I contacted Conair customer service inquiring about a potential repair Customer service was amazingly prompt to reply and follow-up extremely professional After asking me a few questions they very straightforwardly offered me a replacement styler I especially appreciate how prompt they were to get back to me they were following-up on a daily basis and replying swiftly to my emails They are on top of their game

I purchased their 12in1 trimmer in August 2022 via Amazon It developed a fault that meant it was unusable I initially contacted Amazon who only offered a refund this didn t really solve my problem though as it was a lot more expensive now so couldn t just replace it So i reached out directly and am so impressed with how quickly everything was dealt with i provided a few photos and within days a replacement was on its way to me I am very pleased with how my case was dealt with
