Amazing service by this company I needed 2 custom sized mattresses for a custom sized bunk beds Not only did they make exceptional quality mattresses for me with fitted sheets and waterproof protectors but also they were very helpful and responsive to my needs when I asked them not to ship my order with yodel they used hermes instead which was great Communication was great they replied to every message and let me know the status of my order Yes the order was not cheap but you should expect to pay for great quality Overall I am very happy with Baby mattresses online service and would recommend them to anybody looking for high quality kids mattresses in custom sizes

I m absolutely blown away by the outstanding customer service I received from Baby Mattress Online I ordered a custom mattress size for a cot that s been handed down the generations My daughter caught us by surprise and decided to start standing in her crib so we needed the mattress for the cot ASAP I contacted Baby Matrress Online explaining the situation and they put a rush on the order and I received the custom mattress THREE days later at no extra cost Wonderful wonderful service thank you
