This shop is not a good place to go
Do not go near this shop They took70 euro off me when I booked my iPad into being fixed They then didn t get back to me until I emailed them to ask about the repair and only mentioned the 70 euro because I asked for my money back got which they said they had made a mistake and they would refund me 45 euro when I asked for the money back asap they said I had to come into the shop so I went back into the shop and they would not refund me straight away they had the cheek to question my refund request they then made me wait in the shop while the went through each email to see if my claim was real Do not go near this shop while

Big talk very poor standards
I first went to this shop to get a computer upgraded from windows 8 1 to 11 I had sent the computer spec in advance and they assured me that they could do it When I got the computer back home it did not work properly and you could not use the search folder function I brought it back in to get 8 1 put back on because they could not fix the problem When I got home 8 1 not longer functioned properly when I contacted them about it I got the brush off I eventually fixed it myself They had left out a bunch of files that needed to be reloaded and just didn t bother to check That was a while back I thought that I would give them the benefit of the doubt I went in with my girlfriend last week and we just wanted a laptop repair but got talked into buying a refurbished model as our top technicians won t touch your laptop for less than 300 to 400 Euro maybe some of those Asian or Chinese shops will do it for you Anyway they said they would transfer the data and have it the new laptop ready that Saturday afternoon Went in Monday morning still not done Went back in Saturday and was given the two laptops only to realize at home that they had not returned the power source Had to go back to the shop where they told my partner that they didn t take the power source which they definitely did Two witnesses Still waiting on a call about that one This shop is all flash big tech talk expensive and no basic work standards They just want to flog you new equipment not repair Be prepared for the patronize the customer with tech babble routine Avoid

Overheating issues
Case 37222Where to begin This shop used to be good about 8 or 9 years ago They had transparent window behind main counter you could see technicians actually do work and they were all highly qualified and very well run business At that time they were the only place to be able to fix my MSI gaming laptop Recently i went there to fix my different Lenovo Legion gaming laptop overheating issues They asked for nonrefundable 70 And that is fine as i was sure they be able to fix it I had issues with laptop sometimes turning on and sometimes not turning on Hard reset with power button helped it to turn on sometimes Anyway after their so called diagnostics they told me this laptop is totally fried and will not be able to work again Apparently GPU was damaged beyond repair and needed new motherboard I was very confused as I was sure it was not the case I had it turn on and work just day prior without any issues and thermals were fine with NVIDIA GPU performing to the fullest without any frame drops or anything Came back home and saw that my battery was not working I had no problem with battery so i opened the back and saw they didn t connect the connector of the battery to the main board I connected it back Then i realized they used electric screwdriver to screw back the main thermal cover which is big no no I was not even able to unscrew the screws because they were so tightly screwed back broke tip of a screw I called them and asked them why they used screwed the thermal cover so tight They said they did it so that maybe connection of pins between GPU and motherboard can fix problem I was shocked everyone knows that thermal cover should be gently screwed back with correct order of the screws with few turns every time my case 1-6 And they said technician maybe just forgot to plug back the battery to motherboard Oh and by the way after i plugged back laptop it worked again it turned on I am not saying it is totally working now but their assessment of this laptop never be able work again and i need new motherboard was false Anyway i blame the ownership of this place for hiring bunch of college kids who are not familiar and are not battle tested to do tasks which are more complicated They probably did not wanted pay extra for their more skilled technicians and they left the company so they hired young college graduates who probably just use ChatGPT to fix an issue with laptop Would not recommend
