My experience of the customer service from Javier at BlackinBlack es has been excellent Mine was a complicated requirement No availability from where i live UK for an end-of-line Burton board that I wanted delivered to a friend in France BlackInBlack es had one left in my size competitively priced and tracked it through to delivery from Spain to France with very prompt replies to any queries that I had along the way Highly recommend
