Original this was my one star rated review Less than a star really This is before I even start trying to send the product back and get a refund I received a NON-refurbished by industry standard dirty sticky and moreover defective speaker It has a blown up cone driver a bend grill and black sticky glue to hold the entire thing together This is ridiculous As soon as this got submitted and I started the return comms with BackMarket the team swiftly responded apologized on behalf of the original seller took ownership and did everything in their power to remedy the issue I am really amazed by the way it was handled So again Big ups and yes this give me all confidence to shop through this platform again UPDATE BIG UPS TO THE BACK MARKET TEAM FOR HANDLING THIS SUPER CORRECTLY

Amazing that you exist
I was very pleased with both the service and the scooter I was expecting a scratch or two on the scooter but it was so well presented that it looked like new I could not find one blemish on the paintwork The scooter was a birthday present for my wife who tells me there have been no problems with the running of the scooter A really good deal and I have no hesitation in recommending Back Market
