USPS lost my sleeves before delivery Immediately after contacting Backwoods they sent out a replacement It arrived promptly and Backwoods gave me updates every step of the way Wonderful customer service The sleeves themselves are also very high quality and feel like they will last for a long time

Thank you Backwoods Wizards for the awesome new mug I got the pink one It is sturdy and well made and the glazing colors are really gorgeous I can tell it was made by a skilled pottery artist It s a wonderful thing to look at and drink out of I would definitely recommend the Backwoods Wizards mugs
