I used B C for a number of years to let and manage my property The experience has been great The letting team worked efficiently to find me quality tenants and the property management team has been a great help to resolve all sorts of property problems swiftly When I decided to sell the property it is natural to go with this good agent Again service was excellent The sale process was long these days but the sale manager Tiffany was excellent in managing the whole process with effective communication with all parties The completion of sale can t happen with her Overall highly recommended agent for both letting and sale

I used B C properties to find my apartment and highly recommend them for anyone looking to lease a place in London At a time where I couldn t find a good apartment fit quality pricing and location wise Tiffany the real estate agent went above and beyond to find me places that fit the very selective criteria I set out and she ensured that the process ran smoothly and was very time efficient Overall both the company systems in place and Tiffany were incredibly helpful and I will be sure to use them again for my next move
