BAD Beyond Appalling Delay How are banks still trusting this company to handle payments A simple transfer from one Metro Bank account to another took two weeks due to their so-called delays Do they not understand these payments are crucial for contractors and creditors In an era of AI and instant technology why is the UK banking system relying on an outdated unfit-for-purpose system Are their systems obsolete Are they deliberately holding customers money to profit from it It raises serious questions - Are they prioritizing certain customers over others - Is customer service even a concern for them Whatever the reason this is a shambolic unacceptable service It s time for banks and regulators to step in and hold them accountable for this chaos By the way the payment STILL has not arrived and BACS keep claiming they have delays
