Wrong grip size and never response

At first I ordered yonex zf2 after few weeks they said no more stock They were nice enough to substitute with Astrox 88 d pro as my choice and I mentioned few times I want it to be 4ug5 Ralph from customer service acknowledged I told my friend and they also ordered She got her order 1 week earlier but orders were wrong When I received mine my grip size is 3ug5 I ordered 4ug5 since I m not professional I never heard from them after sending email Not going to do business for sure

The customer service is awesome Even though I live nearly 2000 kilometers away from the shop they make me feel like I m walking in the shop Responses to emails are so fast and even ordering via email was a good experience Parcels are sent fast and it takes only 5ish days for a parcel to arrive to the other side of Europe Once I ordered more shuttles than they had in stock and they contacted me right away to correct the order and get my order shipped asap They changed the needed shuttles for more expensive ones for the same price and my order was then shipped right away I wanted a racket that they did not have in stock Whereas other shops simply told me that they don t have the racket Badmintonplanet proposed that they could order it from the manufacturer My order made via email shipped today and I am very happy with the customer service After three orders I have nothing else bad to say about the shop that the rackets should have weights and handles listed in the webstore However if you ask from the customer service they will answer you right away 5 5 will order many many times again in the future
