This organisation couldn t be any more amateur if they tried Item returned in the same state as I sent it Avoid

Poor service and still no bag returned to me

The company wanted further payment than was estimated I have paid i have chased and chased I had to make out I was a new customer to get a response When I did receive a response they were helpful and apparently tracked down my bag It was going to be sent This was 3 weeks ago and still no sign of bag

AWFUL PAINT JOB AND EVEN WORSE SERVICE

If I could give them zero stars I would AVOID THIS BUSINESS Appalling paint job charged an extra 110 once they had my bag for extra paint work they suggested Didn t argue agreed to the extra work and paid a total of 234 99 for the bag to look even worse then when I sent it to them The paint didn t match it s was uneven and lumpy and overall looked worse than when I first sent it The photos they sent to me ahead of me paying was from distance so they obviously knew the paint job was bad Have messaged and called a number of times to have only one response that the manager was looking into my complaint and not heard a thing since Simply ignoring me So avoid at all costs to avoid being out of pocket and disappointed

As a treat I sent daughter s designer handbag for a premium clean and minor repairs After a few months handbag was returned by DPD courier Handbag never arrived was lost at DPD depot Offered 100 insurance compensation which I rejected Retrospectively read shipping policy which states 100 insurance Don t use this service the cost is too good to be true probably due to the fact that the insurance is wholly inadequate for your designer gear

LV Bag Repaired and Repainted - Despite LV Refusing

My bag was very well loved and therefore well used I found bag lab through IG and I have to say it was a gem of a find My bag had a premium clean some repair work done and then painted I had it picked up and returned through DPD I was delighted with the results and I am not exaggerating when I say it looks brand new The detailed paint work is incredible with no paint on the stitching at all If you have a bag is in need of some TLC then these are the guys to do it for you and you won t be disappointed Did I say they do shoes and trainers too Shoe lab uk I will definitely use them again
