Great service from Bailiff Advice Online
I ve contacted Bailiff Advice Online Sheila Harding because I was informed by an ex-neighbour at our previous address that we ve received a hand delivered letter from s bailiff After contacting the bailiff we found out that it was a congestion charge which we failed to pay and for which the bailiff now demanded 513 Because we were on holidays at the time we asked Sheila to file an Out Of Time Witness statement for us However this would have required a witnessed signature from myself Since this wasn t possible Sheila used her good relationship to the Traffic Enforcement Centre to put matters on hold until our return from holidays To our surprise they not only agreed to give us more time but to cancel the PCN completely We couldn t be happier with Sheila s services NOTE the online status of a PCN on the TFL website only gets updated 2 days later

not helpful
i asked for advice on 10th Oct and was told will receive answer in 2-3hrs or maximum 24hrs but today is 15Oct and i have not heard i have trying to get my money back through nochex which is the payment system they use but i have been told by nochex to contact bailiffadviceonline but they dont have any email address to contact and a 0906 number for support which costs 60p i wasnt happy my matter was urgernt and i needed help but they did not help

Paid my 15 but got no service
My advice would be not to use them I have used the service in the past and it was brilliant On this occasion I waited 3 days to receive an email saying they were sorry that my enquiry had gone into their junk email folder They then offered to call me the next day and didn t I have emailed them 3 times since and had no response They have no telephone number and no address on the website and so cannot be contacted - or held to account Very disappointing indeed

Do not trust this lady
Do not trust this lady She waisted my times for one week to help me resolve my issues and end of the day I fed up and ask her to delete all my emails and info I was sending to her If u want to know more about her search this name Sheila Harding u will find more about this person wish I knew this before I contacted her anyway respect your self and stay away from this liar

We accidentally forgot to pay a 2 50 charge for the Dartford Crossing in each direction and the penalty notice was sent to an incorrect address We discovered this when Bailiffs tracked down and clamped our car and demanded two payments of 425 50 851 escalated from 5 The whole process was pretty stressful I can t thank Sheila at Bailiff Advice Online enough for helping us get this sorted She knew exactly how the entire process worked and within just a few hours had the Bailiff s off our back and a solid appeal process underway to get the charges dropped Would definitely recommend Thanks

Great customer service
Not sure why there have been negative reviews of this company I got clamped by Marston Holdings at 8am on a Monday for an unpaid Dart Charge I sent in an enquiry form to Sheila at Bailiff Advice Online the same morning That afternoon she called me back to talk about the case 24 hours later she had sent the necessary paperwork on my behalf Great service

Sheila is an absolute star - don t hesitate to trust her ability
Sheila is an absolute star I cannot understand the negative reviews as it certainly hasn t been my experience We had a complex case with TFL - that we were completely unaware of until enforcement officers wanted 513 - as the letters had gone to a previous address At the time of the offence we had borrowed the van to a friend so had no idea at all I am physically disabled wheelchair user and suffer with anxiety depression 2 weeks prior to the enforcement officer turning up threatening to clamp and tow my husbands van if we didn t pay I found out that I have a heart condition Needless to say the bailiff turning up sent me into such a spin I felt like I couldn t breathe I am currently bedbound so my poor husband was trying to deal with the officer who was very loud - ensuring all our neighbours were aware of what was happening I was frantically trying to search the internet for urgent assistance and came across Bailiff Advice Online It was 10 minutes before close and as it said a couple of hours for a response I was panicking that I would be left overnight not knowing what to do But Sheila heard the panic in my voicemail - and called me straight back despite being about to close business for the day I explained the situation in full and Sheila was absolutely brilliant She wanted to reassure me that I had nothing to worry about she could sort this out That it was a new and scary situation to me but an average daily situation for her She knew how to deal with it She literally took the details she needed took it out of our hands and explained exactly what we needed to say to the enforcement officer who was determined to come back and clamp our van if we didn t pay at least 50 of what was owed My husband is unable to work due to the pandemic he is a self employed singer and we are just about surviving on my disability money The anxiety over finding the money for the bailiffs completely unmanageable installment plan was immense But we followed Sheila s advice and he didn t come back Today she let us know that TFL have dropped the case I cannot tell you the relief we feel And the debt of gratitude to Sheila who I found to be a professional kind and compassionate lady who really knows her stuff I wouldn t hesitate to recommend her to anyone needing bailiff advice And although I hope I never need this sort of help again if I did I d choose Sheila in a heartbeat Thank you so much Sheila you are a diamond
