Patronising and unhelpful
Went in for some advice about a part needed for a toilet leaking into the pan I knew it was not from the overflow valve so thought it was a problem with the flush valve The person I spoke to was patronising and unhelpful and made me feel stupid so I left Only conclusion was that he had an issue with a woman trying to tackle a plumbing job
