Poor customer service
I signed up for a bread baking subscription last year but cancelled when I had to chase my monthly boxes However when I received the boxes they were very good so this year I decided to order again but wanting to avoid the subscription service I ordered 3 one-off baking boxes for 48 on the 9th April Delivery was stated as 3-5 working days Once again I did not receive the boxes I contacted Bakerboxx via live chat on the 17th April and by email on both the 22nd and 29th April regarding my order Each time I received an automated reply stating that I would be contacted within 48hrs Each time I did not receive any further response Bakerboxx do not provide any other means of contact Consequently in May I contacted my credit card company to seek assistance in obtaining a refund Following this Bakerboxx sent me this link repeatedly requesting that I rate my experience with their company so here it is In my experience I am sad to say Bakerboxx did not fulfill my order nor did they provide any customer service as it is impossible to make contact with anyone - which left me with no goods and 48 out of pocket and the hassle of trying to obtain a refund via my payment method Their bread baking boxes are good but they need to improve delivery and respond to customers

Bought a subscription for BakerBoxx through NotOnTheHighStreet as a Christmas present My activation code didn t work After many emails I managed to get hold of someone I was told the issue was resolved in February and we would get the next month s box i e in March It s now May and we haven t had anything I wrote recently but got no response Complete shambles

Pretty poor
Pretty poor Clearly a start-up so I make some allowance made for that but it s really not acceptable to not have any channels that can respond in a timely manner to a customer query In this case neither their chat or email responded for several days and even then their approach was defensive rather than empathetic and customer focussed As a consequence I ve cancelled my order for now but may come back when they ve got their act together as it s a nice concept

The delivery of a present was very late
The delivery of a present was considerably delayed I contacted customer support on two occasions to query this received no response other than a we ll get back to you Finally product arrived but still no acknowledgment of or apology for delay Disappointing because I have previously enjoyed the products can accept that occasionally things go wrong but communication poor

The Boxes never came
Sadly - this is lovely gift idea which was not very well done Every time I have been due a gift box I have had to ring up the company to try and arrange delivery - usually twice Seems like their system is not up to the task - such a shame Be aware that you may be in for long hours contacting customer service
