Dodgy platform do not buy Ordered a pair of Margiela Tabis that were marginally cheaper than other websites Received a shipment notification 5 days after the purchase but the tracking didn t update from label created for 4 days after Contacted Balaan via the chat no response WhatsApp their number is inactive and sent an email but received no response as to why the package hasn t been handed over to FedEx Then all of the sudden received a refund on PayPal and a email to say that the item is not in stock Don t bother with this website if you actually want the product The communication is really poor and their response is very slow

AVOID they do not have the products
Ordered a bag from Balaan Two days later yet to hear if my order was processed As I needed the bag sooner than later I wrote in to enquire about the delay in processing the order and that I might have to cancel if the item was not processed Customer service proceeded to cancel the order without consulting me and the item is no longer listed on the website One really wonders if they even had the product in the first place It was an old SKU and Balaan originally listed that they had two in stock but apparently both disappeared after I purchased it Have yet to receive my refund but even if I do I would have paid a 5 FX transaction fee to my bank and got nothing in return Avoid

I had doubts about this website after seeing multiple negative reviews on trustpilot Nonetheless I decided to give it a shot since it is a well known company from Korea and Im Korean Upon checkout it clearly stated that the final price included shipping and duties which amounted to 334 After checking the final price I clicked on paypal checkout AFTER RECEIVING A RECEIPT I FOUND OUT THAT 29 USD WAS AUTOMATICALLY ADDED WITHOUT EVEN LETTING ME KNOW order number 98730 I will be NEVER shipping from this website since it fakes the final amount of the order and charges extra without even letting customers know
