This fitness ball was purchased primarily to be used as a body bridge for stretching my back That in itself is awesome It is also useful for a variety of other exercises including slow movement towards the floor when using a Nordic stick for the hamstrings My hope is to strengthen them after a stroke Also notable is that this ball can be purchased in a variety of colors Most companies offer colors associated with the size of the ball This company lets you choose regardless of size Color makes me happy

I purchased the Adjustable Workout Aerobic Step Platform to continue my Physical Therapy at home It arrived in good condition and in a timely fashion I like the adjustable feature I am using it at 6 to do my exercises I am 70 years old and this will help keep my legs in shape and rehab my knee The platform is a good size and it does not slip on my tile floor It works great for me
