No possibility of make a return
My boyfriend made a purchase on the site C92018 When he received the item he discovered it was one size too small So he tried the return procedure However the site does not allow me to start the procedure because it replies commande non trouv e why Are you serious He wrote four 4 emails to customer service to get help NO RESPONSE It seems that online customer services appear to be non-existent and dishonest Shame on you

I like to make a return request
I like to make a return request currently with no luck I placed correct order number C91952 and email address under https www balibaris com pages demander-un-retour but I receive an error from system Commande non trouv e Reason for this I definitely ordered pulls in sale with 40 discount But Order was placed with full price without discount Since 25th of January no response So I am writing here to get feedback Next step is to contact CEO of Balibaris directly Quality very good indeed

I was hoping I wouldn t have to this but
I was hoping I wouldn t have to write this review for two reasons I really like the jacket I purchased It is very well made and designed and I m very happy with it Secondly I had a very good experience with Amira who I believe works at your Mayfair store and I was reluctant to give a negative review because of how competent and kind she was But having waited multiple weeks now for my return to be refunded with absolutely no reply from your customer service team I have no choice I first purchased the Blouson Jordan Navy L 255 50 online on the 30th December 2023 it arrived a week later with no problems However on arrival after trying it on the fit was too small I knew the returns policy of 14 days and believed that it would be very easy to return it and get refunded So I called up the nearest Balibaris store in London where I live and asked if they had the XL in stock which they did I then went in a bought the XL having gotten reassurance that I would be able to return it I did notice the person in the shop stress that they were a completely separate team from the customer service team and in hindsight I can see that he was trying to distance himself for reasons I am aware of now I returned home and attempted for the best part of an hour to create an account on the Balibaris website so that I could print a return form and return the L size however the website just wouldn t allow it and kept on denying access to the appropriate place to facilitate this request With there being no callable customer service I sent an email on the 5th of January explaining this issue and requesting a return label for my item No reply so I emailed again on the 9th of January as I was conscious of the 14-day return window No reply again So I called the Mayfair store on the 11th of January and asked for help Amira was very helpful and said she would also contact the customer service team to try and push forward my request Finally on the 12th of January I received an automated email from Balibaris with my specific return label I then promptly posted the item back and on the 17th of January received confirmation by DHL that the item had been delivered to their address in France I waited 12 days but still hadn t received a refund So I emailed them confirmation of the delivery on 31st January as well as to Amira No reply I ve now waited another 9 days with still no reply or refund I want to make it clear that THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE I ve spent in the region of 5 hours trying to organise a return and refund No customer should have to go through this experience I have seen plans for the continued expansion around Europe and in the UK If you don t fix your horrendous customer experience then you are destroying the value of your business I work in investment management I can t stress how damaging all these negative reviews are for your company This has to be fixed Hopefully this review will help me finally obtain a refund

Order 6 weeks late and ignored - and still no response
HiAfter buying many items in store I am very disappointed in their customer service I ordered two items on the 3rd Jan which would due for delivery the next week After not receiving any notifications I followed up two weeks later I followed up every 5 days and still no response and was clearly ignored I finally received a response 1st Feb saying there was a delivery issue and they would investigate 10 days later still no response Issues and things come up which is fine but to ignore your customers and not address this is very poor

No response or refund when they realised my order was out of stock
Awful experience I ordered the last Jordan jacket in Navy in my size on the 11th of Feb only to be emailed on the 14th of Feb telling me that it was out of stock No trouble I thought it happens they said in that email that they would refund me within 24 hours 4 days later no refund so I emailed asking about it Since then I have emailed 3 more times but no reply - I ll have to raise a dispute through Amex since they don t seem to reply to customer emails even when they are at fault Won t be using them again

Refund not received for Order 91518
My recent experience with a company s customer service has been a revealing journey that I believe is worth sharing After receiving a product order 91518 that unfortunately arrived damaged I found myself navigating their return process The order exceeded 300 The product was returned following their guidelines I received a confirmation from La Poste that the item had been received on the 7th of February and I awaited the processing of my refund by Balibaris However what followed was a period of silence Concerned by the lack of communication I reached out again via email on the 3rd of March and then later via the Balibaris website contact form seeking an update on the status of my return and refund However there was again no response It is also impossible to reach them by phone making their custom service virtually non-existentFor your records here are the pertinent details of my order Ordering 91518Order date 18 01 2024

Ordered items C93519 and submitted a return which was delivered back to Balibaris a month or so ago Followed up 4-5 times via email and contact form and Instagram with zero response each time No way to contact them by phone and the shops in UK cannot do anything as it s all dealt with from Paris I will have to commence legal action for reimbursement Worst customer service I ve ever experienced Never order online from this company and save yourself the trouble

Reimbursement promised but two months later still waiting for this to be credited to my bank account
For almost 2 months now I have been waiting for Balibaris to reimburse my claim for a product I have never received While I have received an email apologising and asking for my bank account details so the could make the reimbursement despite several reminders and follow up emails on my part the reimbursement has still not arrived in my account My experience is as follows on 15 February I purchased a pair of jeans for 165 Euros in this store s branch in Beaugrenelle Paris The hem needed to be adusted and I was promised that I would receive the product in the next few days in time to wear it to a specific event However when I went back on the agreed day to collect it I was told the alterations service was on holiday for an unspecified time and the alteration had not yet been carried out I immediately requested a refund as the promise of the shop had been broken the hem had not been done and I had never received my purchase After filling in the complaints procedure Balibaris customer service informed me I would be reimbursed in total and asked for my bank details Almost two months after this purchase despite following up multiple times I have received no reimbursement to my account and my emails are now going unanswered I am very disappointed and hope that this problem can be rectified immediately
