Brentford Project Move In

My partner and I moved into the Brentford Project BP last week and our customer liaison was Emily from the Ballymore team Emily has been with us on our journey and a complete joy to work with Her communication is excellent and knowledge exceptional The whole experience has been a positive one from signing up to moving in 2 years later The community connections with wider Brentford have and will play a pivotal role in the journey and success of BP It s fabulous place and location to live We are first people to move into Oak and the whole team from concierge to security have been incredibly professional supportive and made us feel welcome Special thank you to David Marjella Philip Danielle and Amit You re a fabulous team

To be honest this residence is simply amazing The soundness and the amazing atmosphere is fairly due to Abdur Rahman someone who will always be there to help you and to take care of your problem This man is basically incredible The rest of the staff is also extremely friendly and they take care about all of us Love this area we feel so good in it Andrea

The aftercare team are always so helpful All my interactions have been with a charming gentleman called Eddie who comes and either sort of problem out himself or get somebody in to do it so thank you

Our heater didn t work on Friday night

Our heater didn t work on Friday night and so we emailed Aftercare for help I am very glad this was dealt with promptly on the first working day Monday and an engineer Eddy came in on Monday afternoon to check everything He is very friendly helpful and efficient

Had a few issues with water temperature

Had a few issues with water temperature and flickering hallway lights Voit was amazing he came and fixed them quickly and smoothly explaining everything along the way Super helpful and would 100 recommend for everyone else
