Worst customer service experience

Everything works well until you have a problem I ve tried to shop in their online store and wanted to use my giftcard that I got a few months ago I couldn t use it bc I got an error message that the code is not valid I called them immediately and a lady told me to write them an email and they ll solve my issue the SAME DAY Now it s 3 business days and I haven t heard back from them The item that I wanted to purchase is of course SOLD OUT by now WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER

Put an order through Got the shipping label and UPS tracking but no package It s been almost two weeks They have no idea where my stuff is UPS say they ve never received it Don t even know where the option to get a refund is because they don t have one Bloody joke

Horrible the customer service I send for them a lot of emails till today I don t have any solution from the problem what I have with my order The shoes came broken Susan and Ashel who work from Balr don t answer to mah email The shoes are a gift for my husband and came damage I send all details pictures invoice and nothing They are not professional

Slippers Broken after wearing these 2 days Bought them on the website in sale After contact and picture prove they want me te return them and i Will receive a refund Same size nog available they told me but on the website the size is still available With refund it s Impossible now to buy them at the same price on the website

gave this company a second chance big mistake yet again they make it very hard to return the items ie they do not provide the correct paperwork in order to return i think they do this on purpose in order for you to get the item returned back to you thinking you will give up and keep it i had to get pay pal to intervene to send this item back also the sweatshirt i got was more like a teenagers as it was way to small overall i would not recommend this company as customer service is not help full and tend to put the deaf ear on regarding your emails defiantly wont be ordering anymore from BALR

Follow up got message saying someone will be contacting me regarding return this was a week ago still no contact the item is being held at customs for BALR to pay custom charge in order to get the item returned they are ignoring the payment due in order for royal mail to return it to me this by far is the worst company to deal with outside the UK they advertise free returns this is not true i have had to pay 16 10 to return they send you one label for return knowing you need 3 total rip off company pay pal are dealing with this for me be warned if you live in the UK avoid this company or you will regret it if you have to return anything sent them a total of 12 emails regarding this item had 2 reply s which were useless in resolving my issue ile say this to you BALR get your customer service department in order its a shambles and pay your custom charges when they are due and don t try and get out of receiving your returns
