A terrific and valuable learning experience

I achieved a distinction on the Network Engineer level 4 course where I learnt a wide-range of networking concepts and technologies All with thanks to the great support provided by the team particulary John McLean who was my learning mentor - he always helped me push my apprenticeship work to a higher level to ensure I d meet the all standards required by the course

I recently completed my Level 4 Software Developer Apprenticeship with Baltic As I had previously been self-taught with coding the structured learning I undertook with Baltic was invaluable This learning was highly beneficial to me and the company I work for My learning mentor was Charlotte who was brilliant and throughout my apprenticeship I was supported and had a fantastic experience I would recommend Baltic Apprenticeships to anyone as it is a good way to develop yourself and earn while you learn I am now doing a Level 7 apprenticeship and couldn t have done it without the expert tuition and learning I received with Baltic

Baltic is currently helping me prep for interviews they put me on a 2-week IT online bootcamp course that helped improve my knowledge in IT with Bob Davies as my instructor who was very helpful Eve Bourne is a massive help and such a great person to talk to Eve is currently helping me and guiding me through the process of finding me an apprenticeship I will highly recommend anyone who is looking for an apprenticeship to go with Baltic

Great experience

I went into this boot camp with almost 0 knowledge but Bob helped me build my knowledge and confidence on IT topics by breaking them down explaining them in detail and giving us extra resources to look into the course also focuses on hardware software and little bits of networking so you get a chance to experience everything and decide what apprenticeships you look for you re also supported in finding roles with interview support and regular check-in sessions

I have really enjoyed my learning experience with Baltic I felt support throughout the course and knew I could trust Baltic if I needed to discuss anything with them I have decided to take on the level 4 as I enjoyed it so much and am excited to further enhance my skills I would look no further than Baltic for an apprenticeship as it feels like a family and you grow with other learners
