My original review was genuine despite Mr Owen s attempt to report me The original complaint was allegedly found in an employees spam folder really This was a reply from my original booking with her Inv Ref 6193 for 2 195Mr Owen accepted no liability for my complaint Instead he offered me 200 to remove my review and not post any further negative reviews I refused and made counter offers as I value freedom of speech higher I received threatening emails was accused of blackmail and court action from him in response I raised a complaint with the Bar Standards Board in response PC 2018 0412 and sent a copy to Ms Birthe Nielsen Managing Director No response from her just another threatening email from Mr Owen Extremely unpleasant experience avoid these people at all costs ATOL arbitration underway

To cold to boring no real culture to see But went to a good spitting festival and captain clink won first prize the globe cup Are the locals a bit simple

I had to check that the review below relates to the same company as we have just used to tour the Baltics Our 10 day tour taking in three countries and we added Helsinki was totally faultless Yes facilitators are used but that is beneficial because it uses local expertise and that ensures good hotels in great locations real expertise in the tour guides and excellent buses and drivers for the excursions and moving between countries Nothing was too much trouble for Inga when setting up our personalised tour and nothing went wrong The other travellers - an international group - were excellent company and there was not a grumble amongst them Lithuania Latvia and Estonia are fascinating places and each probably would make for good holidays individually as well as collectively

Excellent experience

We used Baltic Travel for a fly drive holiday around Iceland Everything from being met at the airport to car rental was arranged very well There was a lot of effort made to ensure we knew where we were heading each day and what to see along the way The accommodation was exceptionally good I would strongly recommend Baltic Travel to anyone planning a trip to Iceland or Scandinavia

Thank you so much we did indeed have a marvellous holiday and that was very much thanks to you and your colleagues We arrived with a good layer of snow most of it had come down in a very short time We were on our first safari trying to see the northern lights on the 14th November we drove round for many hours in search of a good place with a sweet tour guide who tried to be optimistic but sadly no light a cup of coco and a piece of cake and then back The following day had a weather forecast for rain - rain and nothing else I contacted Troms safari and got the cablecar ticket changed for the 16th and called your office where Julia was very kind and efficient she got our trip with Lyngsford Adventures postponed to the 16th in the evening The 16th November turned out to be the most beautiful day we did the cable car in the morning and the northern light safari in the evening what a day
