Is anyone there
Brace urgently needed Delivery promised within 2 days from order Ordered Thursday with confirmed delivery for Saturday No sign of it and abolutely no information with tracking number to suggest it s even been despatched Have been emailing explaining the urgency and there s absolutely no response Not sure if this is a scam or not but every sign it is Was recommended by vet and so will be speaking to them about it Also having done research over the weekend the knee brace does not have good reviews so to all other loving pet owners I firmly recommend looking more into it and speaking with a vet about any concerns alternatives and best wishes to you all The last thing we need is having to endure shameful companies like this one

It gets worse
Items eventually arrived Practically non-existent service Purchased medium and large Large was clearly too big Medium is the only size that would have worked on my pet but no matter how much I adjusted the endless number of fiddly and ridiculously designed velcro on furry animals - really straps it kept twisting around The shape of the knee pad part seems to be really badly designed as I can t see how the hole could ever stay over the knee The result was that my pet couldn t put that foot down and worse I heard clicking noises and am convinced it was doing more damage Despite only trying the brace on my pet the one time one of the main velcro straps tore off like it was rice paper - horrendous quality SHAME ON VETS FOR ENDORSING THIS COMPANY AND PRODUCTS I no longer trust either I returned goods at my own expense and am still without a refund a week later despite having chased it Now I m getting notification from DHL of a new shipment Back to non-existent service again Literally as bad as it gets and when you are caring for a sick pet too What utterly horrid unscrupulous people behind this entirely shameful company

Non existent customer service - BALTO couldn t care less and these are YOUR pets
Non existent customer service I simply need to switch my product from Med to Large but the company does not respond to emails nor the internal messaging form Tried all channels It has now been over 2 days Their customer Service promises a response WITHIN 2 days Nope Ordered on 16 Feb - now 19th The product looks good but ill never know if it works unless these people start taking customer needs seriously - instead of JUST taking the moneyI would advise AVOID and go elsewhere no matter how good their products look
