Long delivery time
My purchased products were not delivered It is now over 2 months ago almost 3 and I still haven t received any notification of delivery or that it could not be delivered I called several times and wrote emails but the same response via phone that they will write back After I wrote that I wanted my purchase to be canceled with a full refund as they are not delivering I haven t received any confirmation or refund It seems to be a scam

Poor show
Dear Bamboo Import We waited for 1 5 months for our delivery When it was finally was there the bamboo was completely soaked and full of mold Customer service employee Maaike is next level unfriendly and not helpful After contacting also by mail we got back we should clean it Very disappointed and very unhappy about the product delivery and customer service Would not recommend ordering any products here

One star is even too much
- first I placed an order which they never sent- then after 20x calling they promissed to sent the order- then I asked to update the order with two extra screens- then they sent an email saying have faith we will sent your order somewhere next week - then they fiiiiinally sent the order without the extra rolls- then they sent me an invoice and payment link for the extra rolls - then they charged me extra transport costs for the extra rolls- at last when I wanted to make another order they disapeared in silence This took about 4 weeks One star is even too much Go to the competition
