Customer service is slow rude and blames the customer when their product doesn t work The labelling is unclear so they get you to buy the wrong size then behave as though they are doing you a favour by offering the correct size at a discount trying to get you to spend more money for another potentially useless product Avoid at all costs

Don t order here

Don t order here it is not sustainable at all if you have to throw the product away after the second use Client service is terrible it is apparently all my own fault and now they just stopped answering A few years ago I ordered a menstruatie cup I carefully picked the cup based on the advice on the website I don t menstruate heavy and I haven t had a birth through the birth canal Still the cup turned out too small and I still had blood in my panties They just said I had ordered the wrong size Now a second chance with menstruation panties I thought they were wonderful But after the second use I rinsed them with water until the water was transparant squeezed the water out and hung them up Upon retrieval the next day to put them in the washer the top layer of fabric had a hole in it as if it had broken apart I contacted them send a picture told them I did as the box said and used only water and definitely NO soap They didn t believe me and that was that No kindness or trust I responded demanding a different answer Haven t heard from them since So how important is sustainability to them Let alone hoe they value their customers Never again

Razor broke after 1 drop to the floor and when asking customer service about how to best try and repair it they referred me to the third-party seller that sold me the razor When I said that they as designer are probably more equipped to give me an answer they proceeded to just ignore me Pretty rude Since I can t reply to the reply I ll put this to clarify I completely understand that you can t refund me send parts which is why I didn t ask for that I just asked for possible advice on how I could try to repair it myself Answering that you don t have advice or recommend that I don t try that would ve been a valid response I didn t know that this is a common issue with safety razors good to know

Not worth it

I ordered three pairs of panties One of them was perfect but I had some issues with the other two One started losing stitches after the first wash and the other one started leaking on the sides through the stitches after my first day wearing it
