I ordered a pack of 3 panties size S After wearing the first one I thought they were a little big but maybe that was due to extra padding The second day Saturday I put on the second one and washed the first This is when I saw it had size M Customer service wasn t open during the weekend so I had to wait till Monday During the weekend I leaked during the night and the panties were very baggy and kept creeping down my but Monday morning I opened a chat on the website and explained my whole story The first response I got was thank you for your message the printed M is a mistake you received S No we re sorry to hear or our apologies for the inconvenience nothing I got told to just try and wash them at a high temperature and hope they shrink a little And with an 30 discount I could buy a new set This is the first time I ordered from their site and after this experience also the last

Im very happy with the product but i have a high cervix and i have a lot of difficulty taking it out it would be wonderful if you had one disc with a stem or a loop to take it out
