The employees that answered the phone
I had to order a specific pair of band shoes and Band Shoppe had them They were competitively priced and were exactly what I ordered They took several weeks to arrive though I think that had to do with the delivery driver strike going on at the time and not Band Shoppe

Worked with me to make an awesome marching band outfit for my mischievous adventures Although they have some limitations to some of the things they can do everything looked great thanks to the design department Things could change after I ve actually received the outfit but for now the experience and professionalism was great

I ordered the wrong color of boots I called to have the right color of boots customer service was great Then they transferred me to the ordering dept the gentleman was so helpful and I received the new boots in about 3 days My granddaughter was able to preform as scheduled My refund from the first pair of boots was credited in a timely manner
