A failure in a product was taken very seriously and expedient I really felt my needs as customer was considered before profit A role model of service

There was an issue with my earphones and I was advised to send them in for check and repair The following week I received a new pair Great and seamless service

The customer is always at the center here whether you call or come to the store yourself there is always time to give the customer an answer and good service

What a relief They treated me as a customer who paid money for a product They did not judge me when the product failed The process is a little slow due to Brexit but they have been amazing No not amazing just Human By todays standards being treated as a Human is Amazing Please spend a little more to buy a quality product as the customer service is just better They admitted the product failed and replaced it What more can you ask

The Beosound A1 sound quality is apparent from the first note I was blown away by the clarity Every note from all the frequencies are clear and crisp This is by far the best portable Bluetooth speaker on the market today Once you hear it you ll be a believer

I recently visited the B O store at CPH airport and I have to say I was really impressed The store itself is beautifully designed and has a great layout which makes it easy to navigate and find what you re looking for But what really stood out was the excellent service I received from one of the employees They were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and really took the time to understand my needs and preferences They even offered some great suggestions that I hadn t considered before Overall I had a fantastic experience at the B O store and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality audio equipment and exceptional customer service
