I SWEAR TO GOD BANK99 APP IS WORSE THING EVER DOESENT SHOW AT ALL YOUR CURRENT KONTO STATUS DOESENT UPDATE AT ALL WHEN YOU PAY SOMETHING you need to wait 12-14 hours that you see onile your real current amount of money on card Glitching all the time needs long to load So sad Changing soon my bank even im just 1 month and a half of using it Do something abot the app or dont even own it

Completely useless

I would give 0 because they do not even deserve 1 star from 5 The customer service do absolutely nothing They keep sending automatic replies after waiting weeks I could use my card only after waiting for almost 2 months The app is also completely useless I cannot transfer money and they do not help me I own this account for almost 5 months and could not do nothing with it so far Bravo Bank99 I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE

This company is a simple joke I would reccomend it for fckn NOBODY I went there 23 january 8th for a card after 3 weeks I got Nothing So I had to go again After 2 week they finally send my card Now it s 03 of March and still NO pin code I went 3 different bank in here Voralberg and they have no money cause there was klima bonus like 2 days ago What a fkn joke is this Please Don t even think to try this bank cause it s a b llsh t with zero knowledge and structure Need to be closed and burn the fcn down this place cause in the 21 th century it s just ridiculous This type of anything How is it possible that they still working like bro What the fck Just off quit this bank if you are here because it s a dilettante Company

Not even worth a star Worst bank in the whole planet And the most expensive one They split your deposit and with this excuse they charge the double amount on the same fund

Closed my accounts with no warning

Without any warning or explanation they suddenly emailed me to say my accounts were closing and I needed to provide a new account for them to transfer my money to When I called the man I spoke to said there was nothing I could do to prevent it because it would be closed the next day Sure enough the next day I could log into the app but my account was gone This is absolutely insane and illegal By far the most unbelievably incompetent and customer-unfriendly bank you can imagine No consideration for their customers and I am left with no way to access my own savings to pay for anything until I can find a new bank How is this even happening

Stay away from them if you do transfers abroad RED FLAGS

They don t care about the origin of your money when you deposit money into their account But once you want to get money out of your account they reject transfers and ask evidence of its origin They say this is the law so banks are allowed to keep unverified funds in their account That is a red flag for Bank99 already then This means they would for example accept drugs money with pleasure until the moment someone wants to get it out They are extremely uncooperative as well for every transfer abroad they need evidence of what you want to buy or bought The processing time of this can take a few days or a few weeks This bank is more suitable for local students who spend most of their money on groceries

If I could put 0 I would terrible experience and terrible customer service The card arrived immediately bit in 2 months they couldn t open the online banking for me I changed bank and even wasn t able to use the service I was charged The customer service is polite but useless In the post office they just open a ticket for you
