Someone deliberately keyed my car twice here at Manchester Gould street bankpark Not secure and cctv only works in their favour Contact details for bankpark is also useless and no one will ever get back to you Just look at how many other reviews of catalytic converters being stolen here on google reviews This carpark is owned by gangsters

I received a letter from dcbl with regards and unpaid PCN at Hillsborough Exchange shopping Centre Sheffield S6 4HL I paid for 3 hours but was 20 mins late leaving and didn t realise I haven t received correspondence from this company with regards this it has just gone straight to a debt collectors They have sent me the proof I aksed for but will not reply to my request to quash the full charge of 170 I have advised I am happy to pay the 60 which was their 1st letter that didn t materialise Their phone is permanently off the hook so you can t speak to anyone

Absolute con of a company Don t ever use them and contribute to their greed I made the easy but stupid mistake of parking in an almost empty car park that they own in Reading on the Oxford Road I had not realised that the rules had changed as I hadn t been there for a long while I parked in the almost empty car park for a total of 27 minutes you get 30 mins for free if you enter your reg plate apparently so was within the timeframe I challenged the 60- 100 fine when it came through to me and explained I had used one of the shops in that area and that I could prove to them that I had used their facilities and of course I was within the 30 minute timeframe Purpose of my visit there was a health related visit to this shop as prescribed by my doctor I also explained to them my financial situation being dire especially just before Christmas I asked if they would half the fine amount to 30 which was manageable for me or let me pay with a payment plan Both were denied or ignored I ve now had to take a loan out to pay this just before Christmas so yet again another thing for me to worry about suffer from depression anxiety not that they care of course I m struggling to pay my energy bills and rent as it is and then these scammers take a huge chunk of money off people just before Christmas god help people that have children and can t afford to buy their kids christmas presents because this company have taken their money for nothing Heartless and greed based company Let me guess they will put a reply and put please contact us at such and such email which they will never respond to nor will I ever get any money back

Absolutely disgusting vile robbers Paid for my parking in Matlock Got a fine of 100 so appealed sending them proof of payment To then get an email saying I had to either pay 15 admin fee within a specific time period or pay the 100 Apparently I got one digit wrong when entering reg number but they can t provide proof of this My advice either avoid any carpark run by these thieves or film yourself paying so you have proof

They never respond to e mails paid the fine so i didnt have to pay extra then appealed due to knowing i could provide proof i hadnt parked where they said i did They have refunded me partially but witheld 20 trying to find out why but nobody responding Thieving company

Scam artist of a company Pursue vehicle owner despite it being a civil claim against the driver Automatic responses via email and they will print the charge out but not send it until you have no more time Director has a long list of dissolved companies presumably every time he gets caught up in his own mess Should be struck off Ashley Kelly you should be ashamed

A shyxxxr scourge of a company who are just out there for kerching Entered Market shopping Centre at Burgess Hill 3 parking machines but only one working and a queue Purchased a ticket When time came to exit car park the exit route was blocked by roadwork in car park Had to go opposite direction to the one way system which was gridlocked due to the chaos ensued by bad management of traffic flow Both the length of time that the anpr camera picked up my vehicle on entry and buying a ticket and getting out of the carpark with the gridlock caused by the bad roadwork management caused my stay to exceed the time on the ticket this being timed by the anpr camera on exit Explained all this when appealing the pcn but was rejected I bet there were a lot of people who got pcbs that day

I parked in a car park in stoke on Trent checked there sign it said free parking for disabled badge holders Displayed my blue badge in window Received a Fine thru the post filled in the appeal form explaining I was a disabled driver checked with stokes council it even says in there web site it is free to park gave them my badge number but lost the appeal These will not get a penny out of me they are cowboys from Sheffield thinking there bad boys Well we shall see who the bad boys are

Absolute thieves Paid for parking and had a ticket Still received a parking fine notice advising payment needs to be made within 14 days of fine letter being raised It took a week for these muppets to send the letter If you wait to appeal you will go past the deadline and have to pay 100 They should be banned from trading

if I could leave zero I would 1 we didn t overstay our parking time 2 they were a debt recovery company the people we booked through say they don t have connections with 3 they say they ve tried to request payment for a none existent parking charge notice we never received or merited 4 say we can t appeal as that window has closed this was on their 1st ever contact with us and no transgression ever happened 5 we booked our parking for 2 65 through JustPark con who say it s nothing to do with them despite having emails from them quoting the times we paid for and complied with 6 you can t speak to them and by the time they tell you about their scam they threaten ccjs and additional charges obviously we re annoyed the law allows these people to walk free and live off this scam
