Sam at banks Lyon went above and beyond to help us design and create the perfect rings bespoke engagement and wedding rings Sam and the rest of the team listened to what we wanted and designed it exactly Nothing was too much for them and they accommodated for everything that we wanted in our rings The quality of the rings the professionalism shown throughout the process and the little touches that show the rings have been made with love is why we ve given a 5 star rating We would highly recommend banks Lyon We absolutely love our rings

Ordered my omega watch through Jessica Initially online and then over the phone She was absolutely amazing Easy to deal with and very friendly A credit to the company as you very rerely these days get great service as Everyone is like a robot doing jobs they hate I ll be ordering another watch very soon Fantastic service and I highly recommend

Ruby was just wonderful from start to finish I had my ring reset with a design modification on the original theme Communication was brilliant and I had a bit of a deadline which was even beaten My reset diamonds now have such a lot of lovely sparkle and I m thoroughly enjoying having my ring back Thank you
