Complete Lack of Customer Service
I had a truly disappointing experience with Banque de Luxembourg When I inquired about opening an account I was met with complete disinterest from their staff It felt as though they couldn t be bothered to help or even provide basic information The customer service was nonexistent I received vague unhelpful responses and felt completely ignored throughout the entire process Despite my clear interest in their services I struggled to get any meaningful answers or assistance It was incredibly frustrating to deal with a bank that shows no effort to engage with potential clients In the end I felt that my business wasn t valued and I would not recommend Banque de Luxembourg to anyone looking for a bank that offers decent customer service or is interested in building relationships with its clients
