Great brand - lousy customer service Ordered a pair of shoes which were on sale BAPE confirmed the order and the delivery time Withdraw the money - then canceled the order due to delivery issues They chose not to respond to my repeated emails until the items were no longer on sales

I was not happy with the product

I was not happy with the product I also had a lot of problems with the company They charged me twice for 325 00 for the same item in my account When I received my shoes they had scratches and missing a metal piece to the shoe hole on one shoe Have emailed them and reached out to this company multiple times and still have not heard back from them I wouldn t recommend this company at all

Don t bother

If I could rate them 0 stars I would I ordered a gift on the 27th they took the money straightaway but didn t send a confirmation email The customer service is abysmal it is now the 4th and I have no item no confirmation no tracking and no help from customer service I had to cancel through my bank I will not be ordering again AVOID AVOID AVOID
